New Releases, New Projects, and a Peek at What’s Next

Half-Court Heat—the sequel to Hoops and Heartstrings—is officially out in the world. I’m so excited to continue Lex and Eva’s story with you. Writing this book felt like returning to old friends, but it also challenged me to explore what happens after the honeymoon phase—how love grows and bends when life (and injury, distance, and fame) get in the way.

And because I know some of you are already asking—yes, I do have plans for a Book Three to wrap up Lex and Eva’s story. It will take place during the LA 2028 Olympics, which feels like the perfect stage for these two to come full circle. That project is still in the brainstorming phase, but I promise: they’re not done yet.

In the meantime, I’ve also started work on something new—Stick Around, a second-chance sapphic romance set in the world of professional women’s hockey. I’m really excited about this one. I grew up playing hockey, so I’m eager to write about smelly hockey pads and college ex-girlfriends reconnecting after fifteen years apart.

And for fans of the Don’t Call Me Hero series—don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about Cassidy and Julia (how could I?). Book 8 is on the horizon, slowly taking shape in the writing queue.

On the audiobook front, I’m thrilled to confirm that several titles have been contracted for future releases (although I don’t have release dates yet):
🎧 Buried Promises (Don’t Call Me Hero #7) narrated by Lori Prince
🎧 Second Chances narrated by Angela Dawe
🎧 Half-Court Heat narrated by Quinn Riley

I can’t wait for you to hear these stories brought to life by such talented voices.

Finally—and maybe most importantly—I just want to say: I know the world feels heavy right now. There’s a lot of disgusting, hurtful, frustrating things happening, and it can be hard to hold onto joy. My hope is that these stories—whether they make you smile, cry, or just forget everything else for a few hours—bring you a little bit of comfort and connection.

Take care of yourselves. Read what makes you feel good. Find joy where you can. And thank you, as always, for letting my stories be part of your escape.
